HCA

HCA is an auxiliary application designed to complement the functionality of the Home Control Assistant Server desktop software.

It operates as a client, enabling a connection to your HCA Server home automation system via WiFi or cellular network. The individual providing this app has no affiliations with the developers of the HCA Server; instead, they offer it as a free resource to users who are already familiar with the HCA Server.

This application allows you to:

• Remotely manage home lighting, thermostat settings, and various automation devices.
• Monitor the status of motion sensors, door/window sensors, and your alarm system.
• Initiate the execution of HCA programs to enhance remote automation capabilities.
• Adjust keypads located throughout your residence.
• Utilize GeoFences to trigger the execution of an HCA program when entering or leaving a specific geographical area.
• Access the HCA log and employ filters.
• Synchronize custom icons from the HCA server with your app.
• View personalized HTML pages generated by the HCA Server.
• And much more!

Please note: Concerning geofences, the user's location data is never shared with the server or any external entities outside of the app. iOS utilizes this data exclusively for geofence tracking purposes. The sole information transmitted by the app to the server pertains to the name of the geofence provided by the user.
